Prama's growing Nailcare team is due to open their new clinic, located inside of the Prama Blandford Charity Shop.

Why Prama Nail Care?
It’s essential that we all take good care of our feet in later life. It lowers our risk of having a fall and reduces our risk of infection, as well as relieving pain. Prama has a specialist Nail Care team that will come to your home and cut and file your fingernails and or toenails.
If someone is suffering from arthritis, diabetes, or osteoporosis, cutting nails on their own can be very painful. Regular appointments with Prama NailCare is a great way to prevent any complications later down the line. This is because an experienced nail care worker, trained by the NHS, can help them with cleaning and cutting both fingernails and toenails.
Our Nailcare team are trained by the NHS to perform basic nail cutting, and advise a podiatrist visit if more complex issues are identified.
We are recommended by GPs in the BCP and Dorset areas as the NHS no longer offer this service.
Prama Nailcare at Home
Prama NailCare began with home visits to new and exisiting clients as well as being offered as an additional service for PramaCare clients. Our Nail Care Team work across the Dorset and BCP areas including: Blandford, Bournemouth, Kinson, Bearwood , Charminster, Mudeford, Christchurch, Highcliffe, Burton, Ferndown, Three-Legged Cross, Verwood, Poole, Hamworthy, Upton, Creekmoor, Corfe Mullen, Parkstone, Wimborne, Wareham. Offering this service to people in their homes allows them to be at ease and not have the concern of transport and/or timings.
Prama Nailcare Clinics
The first Nail Care Clinic opened in 2022 located in Winton, local residents and people from surrounding areas were able to book appointments for their nail cutting appointment. The Prama Nailcare team understood the importance of offering both home and clinic appointments, as it offers more choice depending on what clients are comfortable with. For those who enjoy getting out of the house will benefit from the clinics. The new clinic opening in Blandford will be a great way for the local residents to get out for an hour or two, have their finger/toe nails treated and also have the delight of browsing around the Prama Blandford Charity Shop.
