"I wish to pass comment on my experience of Prama’s nail-cutting service today - my first time.
My circumstances are long term problems with nails on both big toes. I also have nerve damage (osteoarthritis) along my right hand side, meaning I can no longer use my dominant right hand to cut my toes, and left-handed attempts were a struggle.
Until I was recommended Prama Care I was worried about how I could, or should, manage. I was a little unsettled, mildly anxious and embarrassed of what was to come.
Today’s visit to me was faultless in every respect - professionalism, safety (Coronavirus and general infection control), care/attention, friendliness, politeness and advice on observed matters for me to refer to my GP.
